The Office of Information Technology will be performing maintenance to the University’s sign-in system on June 4, 2025 at approximately 8 a.m. 

How you may be affected

As a result of the maintenance, you may be signed out of your Microsoft Outlook, Teams and OneDrive accounts on all devices. No action is necessary, simply sign in again.

Other upcoming sign-in changes and what you need to do

As an important cybersecurity measure, starting June 11, 2025, Duo, the University's authentication provider, will no longer allow authentication via phone call or text message.

Students, faculty, and staff should use the Duo Mobile app on their Apple or Android device or a passkey on their University computer. If you already use the Duo Mobile app, no action is needed. OIT will email affected individuals throughout June.
