Listserv upgrade to offer new features and responsive interface

The university's Listserv system will be upgraded to Version 17 on October 19, 2024. The new version will introduce new features, including a responsive web interface, making it easier to use on your computer, phone and tablet.

What you need to do

No action is necessary, Listserv will be upgraded on October 19, 2024.

What to expect during the upgrade

During the upgrade, email messages sent to a Listserv list will be queued for 6 hours. All queued messages will be delivered promptly once the upgrade is complete.

If you rely on Listserv for critical email alerts sent from monitoring systems, we recommend monitoring your systems directly or via monitoring dashboards during the upgrade process on August 10. Emails sent from monitoring systems for critical email alerts will be delayed during the upgrade. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to enhance our Listserv system.
