OIT is working with Fable Engage to provide the campus with accessibility user research and testing with people with disabilities. IT project teams can get feedback at any phase of a project or with a website or application that is already live. The service helps quickly pinpoint roadblocks and user interface issues.
Three types of tests are available:
- User Interview: Conduct a user interview in real time, and receive an Accessibility Usability Scale score
- Prototype Review: Guide a user through a prototype
- QA Session: Meet with an expert screen reader user for rapid evaluation
OIT’s Digital Accessibility Program provides support by scheduling and moderating tests. To get started, fill out the Request a Test form.
