The SCAD/DCS (Support for Computing in Academic Departments/Department Computing Support) program is the frontline support and maintenance for desktop hardware and software systems at Princeton University.
News
On April 13, 2024 at 7 a.m., Cisco Webex will migrate to the cloud, enabling new 911 functionality. There is no change to desk phones and existing voicemail messages will remain in email inboxes.
On Tuesday, April 2, the Office of Information Technology will upgrade ServiceNow to the newest release, Washington.
Due to planned network maintenance, some users may need to disconnect and reconnect to eduroam on Tuesday, March 19. Faculty and staff connecting to eduroam using a device enrolled in the University's Endpoint Management Security program should not be affected.
